Thank you for choosing ResumePulse. Because our Service provides immediate access to AI-driven resume optimization and digital credits, we maintain a strict refund policy to cover our underlying computational costs.

1. General No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI processing, ResumePulse does not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and credits are added to your account, except as required by applicable law or under the specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited cases:

• Technical Failure: A verified system error prevented you from receiving the credits you paid for.
• Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction.
• Billing Error: You were charged an incorrect amount due to a verified platform bug.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Partial or full consumption of AI credits.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated suggestions (as AI outputs vary based on user input).
• User errors (e.g., uploading the wrong file or providing incorrect information).
• "Change of mind" after the credits have been issued to your account.
• Account termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for an exceptional refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
• Email dlxl@msn.com with your Payment ID, account email, and a description of the issue.
• We will review your request and notify you of the decision within 3-5 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the permanent suspension of your account and future access to our Service.

6. Payment Providers

Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee). Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
