2. Eligibility and Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for billing and service delivery.

3. Service Description and Use

ResumePulse provides AI-driven resume analysis and optimization suggestions. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without prior authorization.

4. Payments, Credits, and Stacking

• Pricing: Certain features require the purchase of Credits (e.g., $5 Sprint Pass or $15 Career Pro).
• Stacking Logic: Purchased credits are stackable. If you purchase a new plan while having an existing balance, the new credits and validity period will be added to your account.
• Non-Refundable: Due to the digital nature of AI processing and immediate service delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI logic, UI design, and branding, is owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the output (optimized resumes) for personal career purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in a job offer or specific employment outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumePulse Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service provider is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
